Performance:
The nickel-plated steel kettle is engineered to provide fast even
heat distribution over the entire popping surface. The wide
kettle design reduces layering of kernels which provides uniform
heating and maximizes expansion. The nickel-plated steel
kettle and stainless steel outer shell are very easy to clean and
maintain their good looks for years with very little maintenance.
Construction:
Rugged aluminum alloy corner posts make for a very strong
cabinet. Etched thick tempered glass panels and tempered glass
doors provide strength, cleanability and beauty. The clear
lexan drop panels and nearly invisible door hinges provide great
merchandising even when the cabinet is viewed from the operator
side. Two cabinet sizes are available: 21-1/8" x
21-1/8" and 28-1/4" x 24-1/2".
Safety:
The Galaxy kettle is supported by two heavy duty, cast aluminum
alloy hanger arms. The hangers allow the kettle to pivot on
its own axis for easy dumping, easy kettle removal, and the safest
operation of any high production kettle.
Bases and Carts:
Convert Galaxy counter top popcorn popper into a free standing
profit center with matching optional bases and carts.
